Shipping policy

We deliver across the UK and aim to dispatch your order within 2 working days (excluding weekends/public holidays).

In the unlikely event that there is a delay in processing or shipping your order, or the item is out of stock, we’ll contact you to advise of the delay and explain your options, as appropriate.

All orders are fulfilled and dispatched by our logistical partner, CDL, and are posted out via Royal Mail 2^nd Class Letter, Parcel or Carton, or by Courier for larger or ‘next day’ orders.

 

UK Shipping Options:

Std. RM UK 2nd Class	Large Letter or Jiffy Bag	£2.10 up to and including 100g £2.75 up to and including 250g £3.39 up to and including 500g £4.56 up to and including 750g
Std. RM UK 2nd Class	Parcel or Carton	£6.30 up to and including 1kg
Std. RM UK 2nd Class	Parcel or Carton	£7.54 from 1.1kg up to and including 2kg
Std. RM UK 2nd Class	Parcel or Carton	£9.10 from 2kg to 20kg
1st Class Courier	Parcel or Carton	£9.10 (must be ordered before 12noon to guarantee next day delivery)*

 

International Shipping:

At present, we only ship to addresses in the UK (including Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands), as well as the Channel Islands and Isle of Man.
